Refunds/Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

Our products are formulated and made in small quantities to ensure quality for all products.

If the product you received is deemed defective, the item is eligible to be resent if reported within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please send photos to hello@skinostics.com with “Damaged” and your order number in the subject line.

If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Skinostics Operation Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or National Holidays. Please allow 24 – 36 hours for a response via email. Social media direct messaging or comments is not an accepted form of communication for orders.
