Esthetician Etiquette is an exclusive community for currently enrolled Aesthetic students and existing Estheticians who desire to learn the principles to strategically monetize their businesses products and services. In collaboration with Ja'Kelli Unique, this group serves as the collective hub for support with like minded professionals to ensure you're following the principles and ethics to increase your productivity and income in your Aesthetics business.
Your membership includes 1 monthly training with continuous live Q&A, monthly challenges, business grants, affiliate payout when you refer Estheticians to join, business resources, and priority access to masterclasses, events + more! The Esthetician Etiquette community subscription includes a minimum of 90 days of mentorship to learn, understand processes, and finally execute. Current members are able to renew their membership quarterly at the founding price that they purchased.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations before placing the order.
It is to the company’s discretion to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Only (1) discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Any shipping changes or requests that need to be made to an existing order should be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Any request made outside of that time frame would be to the discretion of the company if it could be honored.
Orders are unable to be edited once made, therefore a new order would have to be placed if an item is looking to be changed, added, or removed from an order. In these cases, as long as the order has not been fulfilled and/or shipped, we will accept canceling an order outside of the 24-hour window, but only once a new order has been placed by the customer.
Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. The time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The pricing of shipping costs are not regulated by the company, but instead dictated by the current USPS rates which will take the weight and the shipping destination to determine the price.
The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier. Skinostics is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.
We as a company are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.
All Sales are Final! We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
Our products are formulated and made in small quantity to ensure quality for all products.
If the product you received is deemed defective, the item is eligible to be returned if reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
Packages that are returned to the sender (Skinosticcs) will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.
